• —Contributed to the ERITOP ASP platform — an enterprise-grade digital inspection system deployed across 11,000+ users in Ericsson's partner countries throughout the Middle East and Africa. The platform enables field teams to conduct digital inspections, capture timestamped and geotagged images, and facilitate live streaming with coordinators. Stack: .NET, React, Azure Cloud, Docker.
• —Built and automated end-to-end data preprocessing pipelines for cleaning, transforming, and scheduling high-volume datasets; implemented ETL logic and automated scripts that significantly improved data readiness, consistency, and operational efficiency across cross-border teams.
• —Developed ML models for traffic forecasting, network clustering, and optimization; designed and deployed Tableau and Power BI dashboards to automate KPI monitoring — translating raw network data into actionable performance insights for multinational stakeholders.
